Commercial loans and business finance we broker

Andal arranges introductions to third-party lenders across three areas: commercial property, corporate debt, and working capital. We do not lend directly, and nothing on this page is an offer of finance from Andal itself. Availability and terms are always set by the lender.

Commercial Mortgages & Real Estate Finance

Corporate Debt & Cashflow Lending

Cashflow Lending

Structured loans based on business performance and revenues rather than physical assets, suited to established, profitable companies.

M&A and Acquisition Finance

Debt funding for management buy-outs (MBOs) and for buying other companies, arranged around the cashflows of the combined business.

Growth Capital

Longer-term debt to fund expansion, hiring, new sites, or scaling up, so growth is funded without diluting ownership.

Asset & Working Capital Finance

Facilities that release cash from the assets your business already has, from equipment and vehicles to invoices and stock.

Asset Finance

Hire purchase and leasing for machinery, plant, vehicles, and equipment, so capital is not tied up in a single upfront payment.

Invoice Finance

Factoring and invoice discounting that unlock working capital tied up in unpaid B2B invoices.

Structured Working Capital

Facilities secured against stock or debtor books, built for businesses whose working capital cycle does not fit a standard product.

This is a broker service for corporate clients only: limited companies, LLPs, and partnerships of four or more partners. Andal does not arrange personal loans, consumer credit, or any finance for individuals, sole traders, or smaller partnerships. All finance is provided by third-party lenders, subject to their own criteria, and nothing on this page is an offer of finance from Andal.

Andal is a business credit broker, not a lender. We arrange introductions to third-party lenders and finance providers on behalf of our clients; we do not lend money ourselves. We act for you, the borrower, and our fees are paid by lenders on our panel when a deal completes, not by our clients. Andal acts only for corporate clients: limited companies (Ltd), limited liability partnerships (LLPs), and partnerships of four or more partners. We do not act for sole traders, partnerships of fewer than four partners, or individuals in a personal capacity, and we do not offer personal loans or consumer credit. This is what keeps Andal's business outside the scope of FCA regulation: credit broking is only a regulated activity where it concerns an "individual" borrower, and under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001 that definition extends to sole traders and to partnerships of two or three people. Bodies corporate and partnerships of four or more fall outside it, so Andal does not hold, and does not need, FCA authorisation for consumer credit to operate. If you are an individual, sole trader, small partnership, or looking for a personal loan, Andal is currently not able to help you.
